Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Production begins after payment confirmation and final artwork approval. Production time varies depending on product type, quantity, finishing, and order specifications.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery estimates will be communicated during order confirmation. Shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped through available courier, freight, or logistics services, depending on shipment size, destination, and customer requirements.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including any applicable additional fees, will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For U.S. and other international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Tracking & Delivery Delays

Tracking information will be provided when available. Print Packs is not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should notify Print Packs promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing. Please provide photographs and relevant order or tracking details to help us investigate.
