RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All custom orders are final and non-refundable.

Orders may be cancelled before printing, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage. Once printing or dispatch has occurred, orders cannot be cancelled.

If Print Packs verifies an error caused by our production process, we will reprint the affected order at no additional cost.

Reprints do not apply to errors in customer-approved artwork, spelling, design, or specifications. No refunds or credits will be provided.
