Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to quotation, confirmation, and payment terms agreed upon by Print Packs. Production begins after payment and final artwork approval.

2. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and specifications before production. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

3. Orders & Payments

4. Custom Products

As our products are custom-made, all sales are final except where an error or defect attributable to Print Packs is verified.

5. Colors & Printing

We make every effort to achieve accurate colors. However, minor variations may occur due to printing processes, materials, finishes, and screen settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, images, and trademarks submitted for printing.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable charges may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Print Packs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
